Hospitality Day at the State House

Burke High School’s Culinary Arts Program will be participating in the Annual Hospitality Day at the State House on Wednesday, April 18th. Hospitality Day allows restaurants, as well as students, to represent their schools and businesses, as local legislators. They will exhibit the skills they have learned within the program as they prepare a dish. Burke’s students have selected to cook seared scallops with parsnip puree with crispy kale chips.
